starts by placing an order via
WeChat. You'll
need to provide a Product Brief PDF that
outlines
the key selling points of your
product and any video requirements. If
you
have a script, you can share that, or we can
create a custom
script for your product. The
minimum order is 20 videos, each
with
unique actors, scripts, and backgrounds,
unless you have
specific requests.
Order
Onboarding
Delivery
Once
you confirm your order, you ll
make a 25% upfront payment and
ship
the product to our Shenzhen
address. Upon receiving the
product,
we ll take four days to integrate it into
our production
system, ensuring that
your product is ready for video
creation.
After this, we will start
producing your videos.
The
first batch of videos will be delivered
within seven days for your
review. If any
changes are needed, we can make revisions
until
you're satisfied. After final approval,
the remaining 75% payment is
due. Once
your product is fully integrated into our
system, we can
scale up to produce up to
100 videos per week for future
orders.
